Beach Grove is a modern water front oasis, boasting unobstructed views of boundary bay and Mnt. Baker. The minimalistic contemporary home on a relatively small

6000 sq ft city lot was meticulously detailed inside and out. Each aspect of this build involved critical planning and design while displaying a high level of craftsmanship throughout. The careful selection of materials needed to meet the modern aesthetic and to withstand the harsh coastal environment.

The living room, dining and kitchen flow together as one continuous space, triple bi-folding doors with full light glass exit to the outdoor patio and allow for unobstructed views to the water.

A large pivot door opens to the foyer that reveals a stunning curved staircase consisting of exposed steel stringer, floating oak treads and bent glass. A venetian plaster wall serves as subtitle back drop to this impressive feature. The study is warm and bright, with bi parting glass doors that open into the kitchen.
